A purely typographic protest poster in a street display case: the lettering 'How much pain for a single strand' forms a strand of hair, below it the slogan 'Jin, Jîyan, Azadî' and the name Mahsa Amini.

Smaller print pieces from several years – some made during the degree, some invented purely for the pleasure of it. Above all they served as a way to get to know new styles, techniques and tools.

2022–2024 – Posters

Posters from three years in a range of visual styles – from purely typographic work to a double-exposure effect.

2022 – Fictional anti-racism campaign: the fingerprint as an image of everyone being the same and unique at once.

A framed poster on a white wall: the word 'Equal' repeated line by line in dozens of different typefaces, over it 'Same but Different' in orange. — The same statement solved through typography: one word, many voices.

A framed poster in a living room: an orange circle holding a cup seen from above, set vertically the lines 'hfg ulm', 'hans roericht' and 'tc-100'. — 2023 – University project on the HfG Ulm; the subject chosen was Hans Roericht's TC-100 stacking tableware.

Three posters side by side on a wall: inside each head sits a double exposure of industrial plants, weapons and banknotes, below them the lines 'Wählt weiser.' and 'Wählt sorgsam.' — Fictional anti-corruption campaign: the double exposure fills each head with whatever steers it.

A poster taped to a blue graffiti wall: the coarsely screened title 'Terra Firma' above a portrait, the album's track list running down the side. — Fictional fan poster for Tash Sultana's album Terra Firma.

2022 – CD Covers

Fictional cover artworks for different genres – each motif looking for the visual equivalent of its sound.

A CD in a jewel case: high-contrast black-and-white lettering in a grid, a cut-out portrait sitting at its centre. — Punk artwork built from torn letters that look photocopied.

A record sleeve in front of the vinyl disc: a bathroom scene tinted red, a screaming figure in the mirror, the words 'Au Revoir' scrawled on the tiles. — Monochrome red carries the mood – the cover tells the scene, not the name.

2022 – Calendar Design

A year calendar whose twelve monthly sheets are each reduced to a single geometric form. The strict grid and restrained typography take their cue from Swiss design.
