Data Protection
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it.

Withdrawal of Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. Access, Rectification, and Erasure
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of data processing at any time, and, if applicable, a right to rectification or deletion of this data.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies
Our website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed to render the website. If you interact with embedded third-party services (such as YouTube or Vimeo), these third parties may set their own cookies (see Section 5).

Web Analytics (Umami Analytics)
We use the privacy-friendly analytics service Umami Cloud (Umami Software, Inc., USA) on this website. Umami collects visitor data to statistically analyze how the site is used.

Umami works entirely without cookies and does not store any data in your browser's local storage. All collected data (such as the IP address) is immediately anonymized or hashed. No user profiles are created. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimizing our online presence (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Plugins and Tools (Third-Party Services)

YouTube
We embed videos from the YouTube platform on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you access a page with a YouTube video, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited and provides YouTube with your IP address. This applies even if you are not logged in to YouTube. The information is transmitted to Google servers.

If you are logged in to your Google account, you enable Google to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Google account.

The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online presence (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Data transfer to third countries (such as the USA) is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission.
